Mindfullness

In mindfulness, meditation, we are trying to achieve a mind that is stable and calm. What we begin to discover is that this calmness or harmony is a natural aspect of the mind. Through mindfulness practice, we are just developing and strengthening it, and eventually, we are able to remain peacefully in our mind without struggling. Our mind naturally feels content.

An important point is that when we are in a mindful state, there is still intelligence. It’s not as if we blank out. Sometimes people think that a person who is in deep meditation doesn’t know what’s going on—that it’s like being asleep.

If you are suffering emotionally from an event that happened last week or last month, then how long you are going to keep suffering. Being a victim, or playing the role of victim is not going to solve anything. Yes, people won’t change, but you have your own life to live.

You must stop your movie in your head of being a victim & start mindfulness.
The basic practice of mindfulness meditation involves intentionally placing our attention on the breath and observing each rise and fall of the breath. It is natural that our minds will not stay aware of the breath for very long. The mind will inevitably wander off and soon we will be thinking, or planning, or worry. The practice of mindfulness is to be aware when our attention has wandered, and then without judgment, gently but firmly redirecting our attention back to the breath. Our counselling office is in DLF phase 2 in Gurgaon & Hauz Khas in Delhi but our mindfulness meditation center is located in Dera Mandi, the best way to go is from Chattarpur in Delhi.
